Catholic Charities Responds to Families In Need throughout the Diocese
19,500 people received emergency assistance with food, medications, utility payments, shelter and other basic necessities
3,600 parents and children received material assistance, information and case management services through the First Step program
18,600 meals were delivered to homebound individuals
1,200 persons received housing assistance
Mission
The mission of Catholic Charities USA is to provide service to people in need, to advocate for justice in social structures, and to call the entire Church and other people of good will to do the same.
